Boulder opal
$100
Boulder opals are found in ironstone. The valuable material is often in veins or in layers too thin to be extracted from the bedrock.
Boulder or boulder opal is often larger and less expensive than black opal, although its color play is absolutely dramatic given its dark background. It can be considered more resistant compared to black opal.
