Sapphires are the most used stones in jewelry after diamonds. Their durability is excellent. Those from Montana are found in all colors, but the most popular are blue-green / blue green. Some are called “Parti-colored sapphires”. These sapphires have color zones and we can see 2 distinct colors in the same stone!
Our Montana sapphires come from the Rock Creek mine and most are cut by our lapidary collaborators in Sri Lanka.
