Quartz with hematite inclusions

Rock crystal is the colorless variety of crystalline quartz which does not contain any impurity coloring element. However, it can present various inclusions giving it a multitude of fascintillating.

This quartz contains small inclusions of hematite visible to the naked eye on which the light is reflected and which create a red shimmer.
